Price includes metabolic testing, blood lactate analysis, and report of test findings.  Test findings will deliver training zones and also allow for guidance on areas to work on basaed on your unique physiological needs.  
 
Blood lactate will be taken via the finger prick method.  If you do not want blood lactate analysis, then we can offer this test without it for a slightly lower cost.
